1. What countries does RANVOO ship to? 

We sell handpicked products worldwide. RANVOO Members get free standard shipping on every order—just sign in during checkout and you’ll automatically get free shipping.

2.How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you may receive a shipping confirmation email from Shopify on behalf of RANVOO. Please click on the link provided in the email to view the up-to-date tracking status of your package.

3. How do I change my shipping method after placing an order?

Once an order is placed you will not be able to change the shipping method. Be sure to double check before giving the go-ahead!

4. When will I receive my order?

General accessories free shipping by YunTu Express need about 7-15 business days.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method in your area.

5.What if I have a problem after my order has been delivered?
